Rispah · FAQ

Questions buyers actually ask.

Pricing, data, security, integrations, and what happens if you cancel. Written plainly, not as marketing.

Pricing & billing

What it costs, and how billing works.

How much does Rispah cost?

Nineteen dollars per month, flat. Unlimited team members, unlimited workspaces, no per-seat fees. Annual is $190 per year and saves you two months.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. 14 days free, no credit card required to start. You can cancel before the trial ends and never be charged.

What is included at $19 per month?

Full project management: boards, tasks, files, comments, due dates, assignments. Eleven industry templates. Unlimited workspaces and team members. Built-in client portal with no per-seat fees. Email notifications and weekly digests. 1 GB file storage included (add 10 GB packs at $2 per month if you need more).

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the billing page in your workspace. Your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period.

Do you charge per seat?

No. Add as many team members or client-portal users as you want, the price does not change.

Data & control

Importing, exporting, and what happens if you leave.

Can I import data from another tool?

CSV import is supported for items today. If you are coming from Monday, ClickUp, Asana, or a church-management tool, export your existing data to CSV and import it into a Rispah board.

Direct integrations with those tools are not built yet. Most teams set up their boards using one of the eleven industry templates, then bring in active items via CSV.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Each board can be exported as CSV at any time from the board menu. Export is available on trial and paid accounts equally.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your workspace is retained for 30 days after cancellation so you can resubscribe without losing anything. After 30 days, the workspace is permanently deleted from production. It clears from rolling backups within the next 90 days.

Detail in our data retention policy.

Where is my data hosted?

Production runs on AWS in us-west-2 (Oregon). Backups are stored in S3 in the same region. We do not move data outside the United States.

Security

How your data is protected.

How is my data secured?

Database is encrypted at rest with SQLCipher (AES-256). All traffic is HTTPS-only with HSTS preload. Two-factor authentication is required for workspace owners and admins. Sessions are HTTP-only, secure-cookie, SameSite=Lax. Every state change is recorded to an audit log.

Full detail on the security page.

Is Rispah HIPAA or SOC 2 compliant?

No. Rispah is not HIPAA-compliant and is not SOC 2 certified. If you handle protected health information or have a contractual SOC 2 requirement, Rispah is not the right product for that use today.

For most operational workflows that do not involve PHI, the security controls in place are documented on the security page.

Who can see my workspace data?

Only the workspace members you invite, plus the workspace owner. Within Seraph Solutions, production credentials are restricted to authorized staff and used only when responding to a support request or investigating an incident. Every administrative access is logged.

Templates & customization

What is pre-built, and what you can change.

What templates are included?

Eleven industry templates ship with the product: construction, property management, accounting, professional services, healthcare, hospitality, hotels, nonprofits, churches, energy and utilities, custodial and field services. Each template ships with nine boards and seven intake forms pre-configured.

Browse the catalog.

Can I customize boards, columns, and statuses?

Yes. Rename anything, add or remove columns (text, number, date, status, person), reorder groups, and add or remove statuses. The templates are a starting point, not a constraint.

Can I create my own intake forms?

Yes. Build any number of forms on any board. Choose which fields are required, set submission messages, and share a link. Each submission lands as a new item on the target board, assigned to the role you specify.

Product capabilities

What Rispah does, and what it doesn't (yet).

Is there a mobile app?

Not a native app yet. Rispah is fully usable on mobile browsers (iOS Safari, Android Chrome), and the layout adapts to phone widths. A dedicated app is on the roadmap but not committed to a date.

Is there an API?

No public API today. If you have an automation use case that needs one, write to [email] and tell us what you would build with it. The roadmap is driven by what real customers ask for.

Can clients or customers access my workspace?

Yes, through the built-in client portal. You decide which boards a client sees and at what permission level (read-only or contributor). Client portal access does not count against any seat limit because there is no seat limit.

Do you offer single sign-on (SSO)?

Not yet. Standard email and password authentication with TOTP two-factor is the current login path. SAML SSO is on the roadmap if there is demand.
