How these samples are built
Standalone HTML. No servers. No SaaS. No cloud.
Each tool is a single self-contained HTML file you can open in any browser. Your data stays on your machine. Low cost to deploy, low effort to maintain, no monthly subscription, no IT change request, no vendor login. The same architecture that works in tightly-controlled environments where SaaS isn't an option makes these a fit for SMBs that don't want another enterprise platform. This is one delivery format Seraph uses, chosen for these public samples because it's the easiest to inspect and run. Web applications, integrated SaaS, and cloud-deployed tools are also part of the toolkit when an engagement calls for them.

Maintenance Capacity Scheduler
See staff workload at a glance, no more over- and under-utilization blind spots.
The problem: Maintenance scheduling often runs manually with no visibility into who's overloaded and who has slack. This is an import-and-go scheduler: drop in a daily work-order CSV and get a visual capacity picture instantly. Replaces whiteboard tracking and inbox archaeology.

Facility Project Management
Replace Excel-based project reviews with a visual lifecycle tracker.
The problem: Weekly project reviews often run off shared Excel files, manual, prone to data errors, no visual phase tracking. This is a CSV-driven PM tracker with built-in Gantt views, lifecycle gates, bid comparison, and on-hold visibility. Eyeball the whole portfolio in one screen. Sample data included, open the tool and click Import CSV → sample-data.csv to see it populated.

IT Project Pipeline
From ticket queue to closeout, visualize the full IT project lifecycle.
The problem: IT projects often get lost between ticketing, technical review, and execution. This is a TRB-driven pipeline that moves tickets through review → active → on-hold or out-of-scope → completed, with bid tracking and notes per project. Replaces reactive triage with a visual queue.
